ABOUT KATHRYN RYDER
​​Kathryn is an experienced Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) with over 15 years in education, including 5 years in Central Asia. Her background spans classroom teaching, one-to-one tutoring, and strategic inclusion leadership.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
From 2020 to 2025 she established and led the Learning Diversity and Inclusion department at Bishkek International School in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, before continuing remotely from the UK as a consultant. She later headed the Additional Learning Needs department at Westminster International School in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
