Pricing

​At IEI Consultancy, we believe in transparency so, where we can we publish our charges and charging rates.

On-Site Consultancy Costs

Because of variables such as travel and accommodation inherent in on-site consultancy work the fee for each contract is negotiated individually. Fees are calculated according to the scope and duration of support and consist of a rate of £100 per hour plus expenses such as the cost of travel, accommodation, and visa acquisition. Fees are set and agreed in advance.

All our online services are clearly priced so you can plan with confidence.

 

Light Touch Options

Designed for immediate impact without big commitments.

  • Inclusion Overview Report: £200

  • Policy Documents Review (up to 2 policies relating to inclusion): £200

  • Teaching Assistants Training (3 × 45-minute sessions): £200

Bundle of all 3 Light Touch options for £495

In-Depth Options

​

  • Policy Interactions Review - compare inclusion policy with other policies, (e.g teaching & learning, behaviour, safeguarding)

    • 2 policies: £300

    • 3 policies: £425

    • 4 policies: £525

    • +£100 for each additional policy

  • Operational Process Review - review and refine process + documentation

    • 1 process: £200

    • 2 processes: £350

    • 3 processes: £475

    • +£100 per additional process

  • Targeted Staff Training - Topics and dates to be agreed with school

    • 2 × 90 minutes: £300

    • OR 4 × 90 minutes: £600

Ongoing Support

​

  • Inclusion Lead Mentoring (3 × 45-minute sessions): £200

  • Inclusion Lead mentoring written summary report: £25

  • Strategic Advisory Support Service (per term): £500

All prices are in GBP.  Online options are delivered remotely via video call or document review.
